Fresh off his ROAR 1:8 eNationals victory, Ryan Maifield swapped his electric powered RC8Be for his Reedy powered RC8B gas buggy and picked up right where he left off.
Local Arizona race promoter, Kenny Brosch’s gas series has just begun and will travel all over the state of Arizona to crown a champion in multiple divisions. In the Expert Gas class, Maifield put his Reedy powered RC8B on the pole position to start the A main event. Not wasting any time, Maifield jumped out to a quick lead and never looked back. With a wire to wire victory Maifield continues to gain momentum towards the end of 2010.
Look for Ryan to continue his preparation towards the IFMAR World Championships in November at a track near you with events scheduled in Arizona, California and Thailand.
